As a post-doctoral fellow in the Lowe Lab, Bryan’s interest centers around understanding the post-translational and metabolic consequences of genomic instability in aging and cancer using mass-spectrometry (MS) based chemical proteomic and metabolomic approaches. Prior to joining Scott’s lab, Bryan was a graduate student with Lewis Cantley at Weill Cornell Medicine, where he elucidated several novel mechanisms linking chromosomal instability and altered metabolism to cancer metastasis.
